I’ve done everything to try to ascend legally I am a teenager who is looking for self improvement. I’ve been into the black pill. For a while now, so don’t think I’m a grey foid but this is something that I’ve been stuck on for a long time ever since me and my girlfriend broke up eight months ago the first couple months I stopped talking to her completely and just focused on ascension and I ascended a lot in fact, I’m one of the best looking at my grade now, but the past two months I’ve been slipping up a lot eating unhealthy and I feel like a complete fat ass and douche bag and you’re probably wondering why I mentioned my girlfriend or me ex now I really wanna get back with her but the only way I could do that is by ascending even more. What do you think I could do to help me lock back in?
