Im kinda lost on what should I do first. My ipd is too wide, can't fix. What else can I do? Would infraorbital implants help ?

unfortunately, you have dark eyes
softmaxxing such as contacts + nice trimmed eyebrows + minoxidil for eyelashes and eyebrows + microneedling eyebrows would help

Yeah, I have to grow my hair. I learned that way too late. Been a fadecel my whole life.
