(HELP) My eyes been fucked for the last month or so

They feel weird and tense.. and i frequently need to blink and my eyebrow area feels strained so i have the need to twitch them

oVer the last couple months, cuz i been moving, instead of the computer ive been on my phone more

Is it fucked??

Is this damage permanent??
