don't use shampoo and conditioner ever it makes your hair dry, your hair can rebalance its own oil production by itself you should not even rinse them use a small amount of coconut oil and saltwater once in awhile and work through it with a comb

that's not how shampoo works. shampoo is a cleanser. it will rid all the dirt, hair products and grease from your hair so if you never shampoo there will be a buildup of dirtyness and oils (your hair will look like shit).

conditioner is actually very good because it adds back the moisture you lost from using shampoo. just make sure you don't shampoo too often (max 3 times a week for wavy hair,max 5 times for straight hair and max 1 time for curly hair).

you can also use a sulfate free shampoo if you have very dry hair. saltwater makes your hair dry that's the worst thing you can put in your hair. tiktokkers are just saying this to get views you should never follow advice from tiktok.
