HELP NEEDED - Acne scars/skincare

These are the type of scars i got over my face


Current regimine
50mg accutane ( Month 5 atm btw)
Starting 2mg GHK-CU daily

I have heard people talk about Salicide acid or something. Please give me accutally good products or actives that will get rid of it

Ignore the picture, im talking about the red remaining spots after you get the bad fat acne spots. This picture also had active acne but I dont have that, I just need something for the spots to clear faster

Please show a photo of what your skin looks like.
You can blur/cover every part of your face except the particular parts where you have said skin concern.

Either way, I don't see anything on this guy's face that continued isotretinoin use would not fix/help.

Azelaic acid and Niacinamide are both known to be useful for treating PIE.

I'd introduce them slowly, since your skin might be sensitive from the accutane.

If your skin can't handle it on the whole face, you can try it as spot treatment.

This is the azelaic acid cream I used

And the niacinamide.

Maybe better products exist, you'd have to research.

If all that doesn't help, you can resort to laser treatment, but for that I'd wait until your accutane treatment is over. How many months have you been on accutane?

Bro, are we deadass, only a few of his red spots are active living acne, most are just remainders after the acne isteself left and the scar stayed, i will circle it give me a minute. Isotret will slow down wound healing / AKA acne scars . I need something that will make the /scars/ leave

This is called PIE. And oxymetazoline helps with it. But I recommend to microneedle to get rid of actual scars on skin. Redness would eventually disappear, scars not.

Laser is super expensive though. Buying microneedling pen is cheaper and to DIY.

Adapalene or tretinoin may help. I use tret from skinorac along with moisturiser from la roche posay to maintain my skin and it helps

I started using ghk-cu and have been it on it for 2 weeks now,

Defifntly helped my skin and even slightly helped my scarring from what i notice rn.

My texture of skin is MOG tier upgraded . Love this peptide alot
