HELP NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

GUYS I NEED HELP I INJ 50 ml DHB in my quad and i’ve been unable to walk for 4 days and the pain is so bad when i try to get up like the blood rushing down hurts, i’ve tried ibuprofen, massages, hot patches, sleep, nothings working and when ever i walk, i just get worse but i need to get back to work soon what should i do??
