So i've been injecting subq with roids indicated for im and my body did not absorb at all i've again fallen into 500ng/dl from 3000ng/dl and i forgot how to pin im through gluteus maximus, can someone help me how to pin with vastus lateralis i don't want to go paralysed

Make sure to massage 5 mins after injecting subq and massage every hour from there on after to spread the oil. I do subq shots ed from eod intramuscular and there was honestly no difference (still high T).

Also don't pin glutes if you're going IM pin ventroglutes instead.
