Help needed with supps

How much vitamin K2 and D3 should I be taking and what brand (preferably not boycott brands)
And should I take these supps if I'm still in puberty

And also doesn't k2 mk4 stay in the body for less time
It doesn't that's why I'ma be doing 5 drops in the morning and 5 evening and 5 at night to maximize it. But if you don't want to do all that just get k2 mk7 it lasts longer but it's not as potent or strong as what I seen on some threads.
 
How about magnesium D3 and don't worry bout it
Magnesium could be from anything just make sure it's glycinate and not citrate. And d3 could be anything like pills gummies soft gels whatever as long as it's 4000iu to 10000iu
