Help needed with under eye-bags

does anybody know if this is a bone/soft tissue problem? or is it just puffiness? how can I fix this (non-surgically), and how can I mask this?

its both soft tissue and bones , and u will never fix it without surgery , surgery will only make it look barely decent atp cuz wtf are those infras bro

that’s brutal, there aren’t any softmaxxes to fix soft tissue problems? i know I can’t do much about bones

im 14 currently, is there any hope to atleast improve the infras naturally at all

infra growth stop at like 3 yrs old if im not wrong so nah , and neither for soft tissue , yours seem puffy tho maybe some sleep so at least it wont be puffy , and tbh giive up on fixing infra only infraorbitals implants work
