Trying to heightmaxx at 16 turning 17 in a several months

Give additional tips and corrections

Father:5'8
grandpa(dads side):5'8
grandma(dads side):5'6
Uncle(dads side):5'9
Mother:5'5
grandpa(moms side):5'10
grandma(moms side):5'6
Uncle(moms side):6'1

My height:5'9(174-5cm)

First growth spurt around 13yrs old

Will ask to take X-Ray in the near future. Lmk a guide on the specifics of X-ray(any settings or anything I should ask for in particular?) or how to larp to take one because doctors are refusing to take a fuckass xray unless im injured. Will update if I take xray.

Last time I took xray I was 15.5 years old and my doctor told me my plates are open on the knees.

Also got armpit hair towards like the end of 15 years old so maybe around 15.75 yr old.

My current lifestyle:
-However many meals as I want/day and caloric surplus
-decently frequent exercise (Basketball) (Give suggestions on specifci exercises)
-9hrs sleep a day min

Supplements
Morning
-Boron 3mg
-Omega DHA EPA
-Calcium 1000mg
-Vitamin D3 3.8k IU + 135mg K2
Lunch
-Zinc 25mg
Nighttime
-Magnesium before bed 400mg

Need Potential assessment and also any other suggestions/methods for height gains except LL. Thanks

Best way to xray larp is to fake a wrist injury, usually they will x-ray if you say it hurts to move and it is easy to see the growth plate.
To heightmaxx you prolly wanna hop on gh asap but you are kinda old so may not get much results. You could also include compound lifts such as deadlifts and sprinting in the softmaxx side of things. Other than taking the gh you are basically optimized though.

If the plates are open the gh will work. Anyone who says it’s cope is a jester, has hella research to support its use.

you're a late bloomer so you actually have a chance. your stack is fine but stop overthinking the pills and just spam protein and milk. a caloric surplus is useless if you arent hittin like 150g of protein for bone growth. also why would you larp for a doctor when there r private labs? when you go to a private lab ask for a bone age scan. you'll likely hit 5'10 or 5'11 just eat carrots n keep playing ball

I just want to warn you about something. If your family has a history of heart problems i would strongly discourage you from using hgh.

I have read about organ enlargement and other risks like cancer after use of hgh. I will have to weigh the risks and benefits of gh usage.

However I really do wanna get to 5'11 really

I think I got growth spurt earlier than everyone in like 7th grade and the only thing that's late is lbody hair like armpit hair.

I've definitely been spamming milk and protein so I'll do that for sure.

Not sure about private labs because I've never heard of one in my country but I'll see if there is one. Thanks

no problem man. if you can't find a private lab tho js try to find a sports med clinic (I'm pretty sure all countries have this i could be wrong tho). tell them you have chronic knee pain from basketball (schlatter n shit) and they'll usually x-ray u on the spot, pretty sure insurance covers it too.

Ur basically just like me but with a bit better genetics. Im 174 and my dad is 170 and my mom is 155. Also if you dont have a lot of hair you should be ok. I almost have a full beard and i hit my spurt at like 12 so im a lot more cooked than u are. Also my dad has heart problems so hgh is not for me. So theres that. Just keep spamming your supplements. I do pretty much the same doses. Maybe up your calcium a tiny bit just to be sure. Also the cancer risks are basically negligible i think but organ enlargement is very real so make your research before you do stuff.

Acromegaly and organ growth only happens from years and years of hgh abuse. Anything under 10ius daily hgh is most likely cope for height growth. Also your genetics depend how you will respond to HGH. High dose hgh like 8+ ius daily can give you insulin resistance, bloat , and carpal tunnel, and possible fatigue through the day. But it can indirectly improve muscle growth, boost recovery, improve sleep quality, and improve skin quality.
