Trying to heightmaxx at 16 turning 17 in a several months

Father:5'8
grandpa(dads side):5'8

My height:5'9(174-5cm)
First growth spurt around 13yrs old
Will ask to take X-Ray in the near future. Lmk a guide on the specifics of X-ray(any settings or anything I should ask for in particular?) or how to larp to take one because doctors are refusing to take a fuckass xray unless im injured. Will update if I take xray.
Last time I took xray I was 15.5 years old and my doctor told me my plates are open on the knees.
Also got armpit hair towards like the end of 15 years old so maybe around 15.75 yr old.
My current lifestyle:
-However many meals as I want/day and caloric surplus
-decently frequent exercise (Basketball) (Give suggestions on specifci exercises)
-9hrs sleep a day min

Morning
-Boron 3mg
-Omega DHA EPA
-Calcium 1000mg
-Vitamin D3 3.8k IU + 135mg K2
Lunch
-Zinc 25mg
Nighttime
-Magnesium before bed 400mg
Need Potential assessment and also any other suggestions/methods for height gains except LL. Thanks
