Help on what to tell the dentist

I’m about to turn 15 I had braces from 11.5-13 I got only 1 tooth pulled out and no elastics.I’m not recessed but I would like more forward growth my palate could definitely be wider.I had permanent retainers on both rows of teeth the bottom one fell out and my teeth went back to slightly crooked should I remove the top one will it stop upper jaw growth?should I ask my dentist for a PE or not?And should I ask for anything else?

1 tooth pulled is actually bad because it means you have an asymmetry and the retarded dentist decided to fix it by amputating a healthy tooth from a 11 yo

I actually have good symmetry the doctor pulled the tooth because of the crowding

Just ask your dentist about this... Tell him/her what you're asking here and they will tell you if they are capable. If not, then you can try consults with other dentists. Your dentist knows way more about your teeth to make a proper plan than anyone on the forum does..

There’s an even number of teeth. If you get an odd number of teeth extracted there is an asymmetry. Or there will be, it’s not rocket science.

Oh yeah sorry just realized I got 2 teeth extracted I decided I’m gonna go ask for a palate expander and ask for teeth implants to reverse the effects of the extraction and maybe lower jaw expander because my bottom teeth are crowded
