I need to escape ltn and reach mtn atleast so what are the flaws that stick out? I been going to the gym, tracking cals, skin, 15k steps plus, and I can improve my sleep but I’m struggling with that. Do I just wait till puberty does its job or is there anymore things I can possibly do?
tbh how can I get more pale is there like any supplements or what?
