Precursor: for the past about six months I have been using Colgate optic white toothpaste in combination with optic white mouthwash which are both hydrogen peroxide based yet “enamel safe” (GREAT RESULTS, WORKS)
I recently made a trip to the dentist for a check up and following the x-rays, the dentist informed me I have multiple cavities in my molars, asking me if I use a proper fluoride toothpaste. I folded in the moment, and said I don’t know what’s in it. She gave me a fluoride toothpaste (highly concentrated) but I’d rather not switch to it and give up my pearly whites.
Thoughts?
