HELP (PICS) Why do my eyes look positive and negatively tilted at the same time. Which one is true?

Just take a picture where you are looking straight forward and plot the angle on a photo editing app, the only reason it looks different to you is because of the changes in angles.

then its positive but theres an issue

when taking pics, I have to pic one, an angle that makes my eye region godly, or an angle that makes my mouth/jaw area nice but eye area has to suffer and looks
negative

Which surgery can effectively make my eye region look positive from all angles

I don't think its very negative, probably neutral or positive. I see when it looks negative you are very close to the camera, this exaggerates eye exposure which can affect canthal tilt

I think your canthal is positive but your eyelids kinda turn negative but idk if that makes fucking sense.
