My palpebral fissure length to height ratio is fucked, please any DIY thing to fix it. And increase my palpebral fissure length

Whats up man youre not completely cooked you have a couple options here

• PDO threads - pulls the eye out and up
• Media canthus cutting - makes the inner corner of the eye longer
• Lateral canthus cutting - never seen it done before could look into the anatomy
