The thing is bimax or trimax is out of my budget and and the down time is too much that’s why I’m definitely getting rhino but I’m thinking of adding a chin or cheek implant to just have better features, how would a slight chin and cheek implant make my face concave im confused.

It won't make your face concave unless you go overboard to fix all your ratios/ autistic measurements.

Most surgeons know about this so you're fine as long as you don't tell them to do retarded stuff like that looksmaxxing channel
