I have a clearly narrow palate and a kinda overbite but I really dont think i can get a palate expander and I haven't been to orthodontist either what can I do without going to the orthodontist because its genuinely so expensive for appliances pls help.

Im 14 can't get a job by the time I can its too late for a palate expander will need marpe which my parents wont let me probably
