HELP PLZ, I got a cut 6 weeks ago and its not fully healed

I was playfighting with my friend and he accidentally cut me with his nail on my nose on August 19th which is 6 weeks and 3 days ago. The first pic was a day after it happened, the second pic was a week ago, and the third pic was today. I don't know what to do and I am going to the doctors on October 10th but is there anybody that knows about something that can help it heal, anything is appreciated.
