But your gonions are super weak (so are yours zygos),

So some implants will help with that,

And the tip of your nose is obese ngl ( So a nose job will lessen the size),

And this is not needed, But I think genioplasty or a small chin implant will help out your side profile,


Now this isn't guaranteed a transformation to chad or even CL,
