Mt2 - For Tanning
Ghk-cu - For skin
Zinc
Omega 3
D3K2
Creatine

After Bulk you can do hgh and test cycle if u want to

You also look unshaved so i would shave makes your face look dirty.

Do Rhinoplatsy + Lip Lift Surgery After you fix all these and you still have a big nose and bad lips

I think you have an overbite but looks mild.
fix that with invisalign. Makes you look recessed.

You have dark undereyes. Fix your sleep schedule if you have bad sleep. Ice your eyes and shi. Or it might be because of collagen deffiency so Do GHK-CU for that

Also grow your hair. It will suit you. Go for a long hair mullet

Get Bigger go for a bulk.

I think a lip lift would save your lips.

Then Debloat go for a very low bf after you bulk ofc. Like 8%-9%

It will take a long time to ascend but its all about consistency.

I forgot your like 75 kg so no need to bulk imo just keep going to the gym and do hgh and test cycle bro. It can also thicken your bones giving you a more masculine look

Your eyelashes are lacking so follow the botb thread on how to make them look good and use oral minoxidil if you don’t care about the bloat or try oral castor oil or normal castor oil

There’s isn’t really a way to grow lashes without oral minoxidil but you can always make them look good by styling them
