feel like everything in my face is recessed ( infra, fat malar pads , maxilla etc ) idk what to do
I cant do shit like bimax bc im broke asf, what can i cope ? Fat graft ? Filler ? Just need to ascend fr. My midface just Look completly recessed since i lose weight
