Help should I get Bimax or just Le fort 1?

-I really hate having a double chin, I’m mewing in most of these side pfp
-I really wanna know if I should just get Le fort 1 with ccw rotation for my recessed maxilla or with ccw rotation to fix the double chin aswell.
-Also how tf do I convince my orthodontist to allow these procedures
