Help should I get Bimax or just Le Fort 1?

-I really wanna know if I should just get Le fort 1 with ccw rotation for my recessed maxilla or with ccw rotation to fix the double chin aswell.

But your mandible is not recessed, u even probably have an underbite

Idk much about lefort sugeries but i dont really think u need to improve your mandible

You need more negative eye hooding in your eyes and also fwhr and a bimax , you can increase your fwhr with increasing the width of your pallete

double jaw surgery and lefort 1 is not the same thing. Bimax (bi meaning two) involves moving both the maxilla (lefort 1) and the mandible (BSSO) granting a completely new and aligned bite.

Theyre different. A bimax is a combination of a lefort 1 and a BSSO. A lefort isolates the maxilla, a bsso isolates the mandible.

I have used my expander and have see an increase in my fwhr. It has helped a lot but I need to get Le fort my recession is miserable
