I used to have a social friend group, but ever since i got kicked out, my social abilities have been deteriorating and am becoming more nd like my past self. Any tips ? basically i realized i was more social since it was just like a mask i used but it helped in school and etc.

i can be semi social with boys my age but i fall apart with girls and turn into a neurodivergent mess it stems from getting bullied by girls a bunch whilst in my adolescent years but i dont really know how to fix it
