you be asking for advice like expecting me to say some magical shi like hmjust peep some softmaxxing threads on here if you cant hardmaxx. get 8 hours if sleep, good diet (cut bread, seed oils, sugar and highly processed slop), get in the sun, avoid harmful habits which you can research more on, start gym, start sprints.
