HELP W SKIN!!!

I need advice w my skin. I have dry skin so I have been using a cetaphil cleanser every day and night and a random moisturiser. I thought I had white head acne so I bought salicylic acid serum and used it three times a week at night with sunscreen everyday but it just made it worse. Those previous whiteheads turned into blackheads and now my face is filled with even more. I am trying no sugar for two weeks since I had good results the last time I did it. Any suggestions?

Using cleanser twice a day could be too much. Also overmoisturizing can lead to dry skin. Cut off salicylic acid serum if it made it worse. Maybe try Vaseline on your skin to keep the moisture (pretty nasty tho).
