Help what is wrong with my body

My face retains water so fucking much over nothing, I don't understand why. And I get depressed super easy. It seems like I have a thyroid issue but I don't have some of the other symptoms. I'm not really sensitive to the cold, I never gain weight, I'm not losing hair. I do have extremely fucking dry and brittle hair though, and I have had that since puberty or so. But the depression is really bad and the facial bloating is really bad too. I don't really know the cause of it. If I could solve this issue I could get rid of my depression as well as not even need surgery to ascend.

Also I have gyno, wide hips, and the worst natural cystic acne you've ever seen in your life.

So I know my hormones are shit because of the gyno and hormonal acne, but I think it's also causing me depression and other shit as well.

Potassium seems to help me, but the way you described your bloat i'd suggest visiting a doctor or dermatologist?
And dry and brittle hair could be because of accutane or too much protein in hair!

Drink more water to avoid water retention
and exercise and eat normally and take iodine if you have thyroid issues

Do u sleep with wet hair?

Apply coconut oil on ur hair so it grows faster and moisturizes your your scalp.
 
Maybe you are just naturally ectomorph.Also be happy that you are not losing hair.
 
don't go for a low carb diet again, lowers T. Do everything to max out T, Red light therapy, ashwagandha, diet, exercise, sleep. use oils, sulfate free shampoo and a conditioner for your hair. massage your scalp.

I think I already have high T and it's causing me to have high E. I had BEYOND oily skin bro. Like disgusting oily skin. Like wash my face every 2 hours and tons of grease (enough to cook bacon in) come off. Every 2 hours bro. And greasiness is a result of high T and the gyno is a result of high E, so I think I had so much T that my body converted it into E to get rid of it and as a result I got gyno, fucked hormone levels, acne, and bloating. Maybe it's the reason for my depression too, idk.

wash your face 1x per day MAX or your body will become a walking oil generator as it tries to keep up. My skin's not perfect but I was defo fucking myself over back when I washed it all the time.

Same principle works with shampoo, It's the shampoo that makes hair oily but jewish propaganda will tell you otherwise.

Sidenote but I also think I'm hilariously low T. Without caffiene I have like 0 energy, it takes me 2 hours just to get up in the morning because I'm often so exhausted. I even need about 9 hours of sleep, 8 will have me feeling tired. I really hope I don't have to fucking inject T for the rest of my life that would suck so much ass.

Obviously that's not the only reason you have acne as you clearly started washing it that much because it was already bad, but washing your face as much as you are is NOT NATURAL it's doing nothing for you except speeding up oil production and removing good bacteria.

Why are you trying to give me advice when you know nothing about acne?

Your entire input is just a distraction from the real inputs on this forum. I don't want to sit here and educate you on how it actually works, so I'm just going to tell you to stop and leave this as the end of our discussion.

when you have cystic hormonal acne like that it doesn't matter about causing your skin to overproduce oil. It's already overproducing sebum in ridiculous quantities. When I had acne like that I even went to a derm and they told me to purposely dry it out by washing it all the time. He's on accutane now so not washing it all the time so doesn't matter anyway.

Get your hormones checked but if your depressed there's not necessarily a reason. Sounds like you had a pretty sucky childhood. Most of the time depression just comes and goes spontaneously without any set reason.

Looks like hyperprolactinemia, if you naturally have gyno and low T

Also for bloat, i'm pretty sure it's your stress, cortisol spiked up, don't expose yourself to negative people and try not to think about depression. Ashwagandha helps with that. For the first thing - check your doctor

Your life sucks, and thinking about it is raising your cortisol (the symptoms you describe) I would do ANYTHING if I were you just to jump-start the engine to get some motivation, as to change my outlook on life.

Tip: Think about what type of food you crave right now -- and then consider what micro's/macro's it contains - may give a hint as to what nutrients you are missing.

And ffs, have your drinking water tested you might be poisoning yourself causing inflammation.

Depression can cause basically any symptoms.
Hair falling out, bad skin, bad sleep, worse eye area... You name it, it can prolly be caused by depression
