I currently do thumb pulling exercises to increase my palate width and maxilla development. I also do orbital exercises, ear exercises, and chin tucks. should i add anything or stick with this and trust the process?

keep doing chin tucks and idk if it works or not tbh but just incase keep doing thumbpulling, i dont think it will work unless your doing it like 15+ times a day, maybe even more lol idrk

lmao ts is all tt cope, if you truly believe that stuff do not go down this rabbit hole. Taking drugs and gear is pretty much the only method
