HELP!! What surgeries should I get to looksmax my lower third?

Obviously get rid of the acne... working on it.

I was thinking CCWDJS was my best bet, what do you guys think? Is it overkill, would a genio do the trick? Or maybe implants? Appreciate any feedback!
