Help with a girl

There's this girl at work i like,we met by me sitting in the breakroom and suddenly she turned to me and asked me random questions like "so what do you do on your day off","what type of music do you like",etc. One day she randomly ask me for my number and asked me to send her some music I like because she wanted new songs,so I did. She said thanks and we never really talked more about it.
Everytime time she walks past me she waves to me and smiles,she also goes out of her way to touch me,like always high fiving me and playfully punching me. She giggles at everything I say,and told me she thinks I'm funny.
On to what I need help with,I thought those were all signs she liked me,but she wont go out with me. WHY? She texted me nobody Is up (it was like 2:00am)and she wanted someone to hang out with,so I said sure I'll hangout with you,and she says I meant in discord or something,I have no gas in my car. I say alright and she streams a movie and we watch it together on Skype.
Why wouldn't she just go out with me if she liked me?can anyone explain?I'm not very good at figuring women out lol.

If she won't go out with you then stop messing with her. Don't hang out on discord, and don't do anything for her at any expense to yourself including time.

Sounds to me like she's one of those overly social people that doesn't know what to do when there's nobody else around to interact with. She probably knows exactly what you're thinking and how you're feeling (confused). She's using you not for ego, but simply because she's bored.

Whatever the case it's put out or get out. Just move on.

Thanks man,I do like hanging out with her,I dont have many friends,especially ones i have things in common with. It just sucks when only one person wants to be more than friends.

Learn to look past her aesthetics. From what you descibed the girl's no good anyways, especially for someone like you. You'reprobably not the type of dude who wants people up in his grill all the time. You probably find it overstimulating to interact with too many people in one day, as do I. Now imagine living with somebody, which I assume is your ultimate end goal, who has a constant need for social interaction. It wouldn't work.
