What skin care regimes/vitamins do you guys recommend for my acne and eyebags? I’ve cut Nuts and peanut butter out of my diet but to no avail.

Also unrelated note I miscalculated my body fat I’m actually 17-18%

Just felt like doing it. I’ll probably go back to my natural hair color this week or next

honestly not too sure. All I know is my skin clears up during winter and gets oily during summer. I can show you pics of my skin through the ages if you want a better evaluation. When I was using skin care product, my skin would have a certain glow to it.

How much cleaner can I get? Since I’m currently leannaxxing, I’ve been eating one meal a day that usually consists of proteins and veggies. I avoid bread, fast food, soda and sweets like the plague. My only source of carbs is through a vegetable and the occasional potato. I do have a lot of Siracha sauce so it could be that or Perhaps it’s late puberty since I didn’t break out like this until college.

I drink 4-6L of water a day. If anything I’ll try out retin-A. Will it help with the bags under my eyes? Should I vitamin B5 max too or is that just a meme?

Use BP and also tretinoin once you have got those spots under control. You have shit under eye support so either HA fillers or orbital implants

I’ll do the best I can. Thanks for the critiques. I’m probably just gonna pray to gandy and the Mewing gods that my maxilla magically comes forward in my 20’s (I’m 21) and my eye bags go away. I think it’s just genetics as my dad has them but we’ll see. I’ll just hide it with copes or makeup in the meantime

since you're already leanmaxxing for skin get retin a. it will purge your skin and then start clearing it up. it will also reverse aging. I personally use Benzoyl Peroxide and my skin look good, but Retin A is objectively better

Thanks for the tips. I’m gonna check out retin A because the last time I used Benzoyl Peroxide I got an allergic reaction (My face got swollen)

try and get it prescribed by a dermo. theres options to get it without prescription too

Get HA fillers until you can save up 11k for the surgery or just stick to getting the fillers done every 9 months
