Help with acne scars

I am on a treatment with minocycline 100 MG but after a few months the pimples are starting to leave damn boxscar scars. What the hell do I do to prevent this from happening? I'm doing a skincare with CeraVe cleanser, Caviahue sunscreen and La Roche Posay moisturizer. I alternate every night with benzoyl peroxide and another day with a cepage anti-blemish serum... But I still see that I still have damn scars and I don't know what to do.

Get a cleanser with niacinamide, it will help produce collagen production and reduce the visibility of them overtime with morning&night appliance
