Help with acne

I don’t know what Type of acne i haven have tried so much stuff and nothing seems to work , 2 photos below show the acne on both sides of my face please help and tell me how to do it

Talk to your dermatologist and ask for a tretinoin or Tazatarone prescription if they still don’t work go back to your dermatologist and ask for isotreinoin/acutane if he/she doesn’t prescribe it go to Indiamart
