i was given a clear aligner set by my orthodontist and she helped me set up the app but it never ended up working and she kinda got sick of me and never responded to my questions, but that’s besides the point. i got these around 8 months ago and felt discouraged using them without the app, but now im realizing i need to ascend my teeth a bit more and i can just put them in without the app. my first set fits perfectly fine despite it being 8 months, but can someone suggest a schedule in which i stop the first set, go to the next, go to the next, etc? (there are 20 sets) i’m not asking that foid bitch orthodontist btw she creeps me out
