Hello i turned 15 last month and i think im currently 177 cm i just wanna know what are my bad areas like i cant really understand can yall help please? like what can i fix
I take 1200 mg calcium (1 liters of milk) a day
5000-10000 iu d vitamin
d3 k2 vitamin supplements
and gonna start zinc and magnesium
all my meals throughout the day includes meat or eggs i eat 6 eggs in the morning everytime and like no junk or bs shit ever im tryna maximize protein and carbs im currently 70 kgs
i just wanna know what are my bad areas/recessed areas can you guys help i really cant figure out shit thank you so much for your effort
also i know my eye area is shit but what can i do currently to fix it or do things that could improve it through puberty or right now ,i just wanna softmaxx i might get some surgeries or braces but i currently dont have a single penny
