i want some help to ascend in 1 month even if its a subtle change

Tret for skin, minox for eyebrows and eyelashes and try hydrocortisone for nose you got a solid base

well technically you can, hop on DNP, laser session for skin, lattisse for lashes + brows
im saying it possible but most likely messy, better to play the long game

Youre a dork bro he probably didnt mean 1 month exactly and literally he js meant in a rather short period of time, what things he can do to ascend. Things like skin, brows and haircut can quickly ascend you a little bit

i didnt said that i want to literally ascend in 1 month, i just want to know some subtle and noticiable changes that i can do in 1 month

ascending in one month isn't possible son, just fraudmaxx, take tinted spf , curl your eyelashes, tint your brows and lashes, and put some makeup.

because eplerone is a longer acting diuretic, takes longer for the 'debloat' effects to work, unlike loop diuretic like furosemide
effects would be minimal from ep aswell as it only counters 50-60% of bloat

u can fraud with tinted spf and makeup while u do that work on ur skin so you dont have to fraud anymore later down the line

huh, from what I've heard eplerenone is a loop diuretic, I'll look into it I guess
