This are my blood tests i got at about 5pm last week. How are my levels what can i improve? Im a little confused because im always tired, have problem building muscle, not alot of body and facial hair, not very deep voice. why tf is that lmao

Everything is pretty normal but I js noticed your FSH is pretty low. Free T is high and your total T is normal-high. Overall pretty good. If you want to stay natty, look into ashwaghanda (inhibit cortisol so test can get higher), take tongkat ali, and possibly rhodiola rosea. If you don't want to stay natty, then ask

Your hormonal levels are good, testosterone is even very good, FSH being slightly low is nothing to worry about because your test is on point.
You might constantly be tired for one of these reasons
  • Iron deficiency / anemia
  • Low vitamin D
  • Low B12 or folate
  • Thyroid issues (TSH, free T4)
  • Poor sleep / circadian rhythm disruption
  • Under-eating
  • Overtraining
  • Chronic stress or anxiety
  • Insufficient carbohydrates
For facial hair and high pitched voice, these are very likely genetic only related.

FSH means basically you might not be producing enough sperm but it's not low enough to consider it a big issue. Thymosin Alpha 1 is for the immune system, are you sick by chance? If you're still growing maybe you can squeeze out and inch or three if you take HGH and an AI. If you REALLY don't like your voice then definitely look into androgens for voicemaxxing and make sure to take antioxidants like C60(this one I'm iffy on but it's the strongest oral antioxidant supposedly so ima take it) or injectable glutathione so you don't age like milk and peptides like Epithalon for longevity. Make sure your nutrition is very good while taking anything INCLUDING HGH, don't crash estrogen if your growth plates are still open and leave E2 at 10-15pg/mL, if growth plates are closed no point to take an AI unless you're experiencing issues of high E2. Class of androgen related stuff you can take is basically just SARMs and steroids. Do your research for everything and check. HGH will make you hungry like a beast so try to get good, cheap nutrition if you can't afford it for example the cheap Costco rotiserrie chickens, greek yogurts, whey protein powder, etc. End of the day is that in reality if you want to deepen your voice or get any real androgen benefits, everything is cope other than real androgens or surgery (like voice deepening surgery but I REALLY wouldn't recommend it cuz it looks sketchy to me). Do your research on this website and lmk if you have any other questions

So as you see my iron is fine also my b12. I take vit d3/k2 supplements. I sleep 7-9 hours every night. No excessive alcohol or drug use. I eat and train normal so not alot not very little. No chronic anxeity or stress. I do have adhd tho

I am sick once a month at least with a cold with throat pain etc. I cant go to the gym then because if i do i get even more sick so i want to take it so i can go to the gym regularly. I havent grown in about 1 year but im 18yrs old. Geowth plates probably closed but i wont do a xray of them its not possible. Would you say in this scenario an ai makes sense or no? I didnt plan on taking one because of the sides and because my plates are most likley closed.

Also i didnt know hgh made that hungry, thats why k planed on taking low-normal dose mk677 to increase my ghrelin. I mean i am pretty skinny and sometimes have trouble eating.

ADHD might be the cause then, it’s not your fault but especially at young adult phase, people with ADHD have an overworking brain that can cause you to be tired basically all the time. I don’t know what your diet it like but if you don’t get enough calorie or carbs it might emphasize the fatigue

Yea probably is a big problem for me because i di have some problem falling asleep. But i still get enough sleep. I obly est wholefoods except the weekend.

How’s your sleep? I don’t mean how long you stay asleep, I mean how easy is it to fall asleep and wake up?
 
Falling asleep and waking up is both difficult for me. I sleep through most nights only get up 1 max to pee. Music helps me to fall asleep and its hard to fall asleep without doong anything until the moment i fall asleep, e.g. phone, reading etc

Try UV blocking glasses 1-2 hours before sleeping and HGH can also significantly help with eating appetite and sleep. If you're referring to wholefoods the chain grocery store it's overpriced cope and you can get your nutrition for significantly cheaper.

Ohh so it wouldnt be necessary to use mk677?
I was planning on doing mk for a month then doing hgh with it. For context i live in switzerland and we dont have any harmful stuff in modt foods.
