bonesmashing is most efficent for zygos and chin, i dunno about the ramus. lowkey a new cell but still. if ur gonna bonesmash do it with a fist not a hammer, u could use a damp warm towel as well, and getting good amounts of calcium, magnesium and zinc can help a little bit, but can be considered cope.
