Help with concentration

I’m being serious.
So I’m hopping of goy slop adhd meds.
For me only methylphenidate retard worked.
But the concentration/side effects ratio is completely fucked and not worth taking them.
Short release meds like Ritalin barely give me a concentration boost.
I’ve tried non stimulants also.

I tried every adhd med in Europe I don’t know what to do.
Yes I wanna Finnish school but I don’t know how without my meds. But voice 1 told me I need to get of them so I think it’s good.

Always when I was off them recently I couldn’t concentrate at all. Like I didn’t get any work done. That’s why I’m concerned.

What should I do?

Yes, when ur not ND they don’t have that big effect. For me Medikinet (10h) was the best but I can’t tolerate the insomnia and the headaches anymore!
