I am 18 and around 6‘0-6‘1 with probably 12% body fat. I‘ve been cuttin for 4 months and lost around 11kg but i got sick and gained some weight back. Is it worth it going into another cutting phase to look even leaner or should i maingain and try to maximize muscle growth + bone mass (growth plates are still open)? I don‘t feel that satisfied with my current physique yet (not enough muscle and not shredded enough aswell) so I dont know what I should do

Going into a cut to 10% and hopping on a reverse diet to maximize muscle growth in a long term, but hell idk if it makes sense as an 18 year old or if it would just be a waste of time
