help with fixing lower third, advice pls 15m

so basically my ortho is giving me marpe in a month then standard braces after it with class 2 elastics, i have a crossbite and narrow palate. I've always felt bad about my weak lower third and i need help with what to do, because after braces i cant exactly do hard chewing for the next like 6 months my ortho said, ive already been hard chewing for a year and working on proper swallowing and chewing. What else do i need to do?

is there really nothing i can do? or ask my ortho to try and fix, or camouflage the problem of my recessed chin

You need genio and prolly trimax maybe if you larp smth but idk

Staircase genio but iam not an expert u should definitely book a consultation with a surgeon
