Help with furosemide

Got an event tomorrow and havent used furosemide / lasix for a while, anyone got a link to the old thread guide?

Pneumo made one but I can't find it anymore,

i tried it yesterday it was really bad experience and didnt debloat me that much
i was like going blind for 10 seconds too it was horrible

dehydration it's normal u prob took too much, I felt drunk as fuck on high dose furosemide a while ago

Also u need to already be on a low sodium lower carb diet for atleast a week before for optimal results

u can't eat or drink while it's in effect or u will just retain the water, also best taken fasted early in morning without much water drunk
