I’m in the process of losing more fat so I have that covered(don’t mind the hair I am growing it out a bit more and dying it silver)

Well you are pretty tall for your age it isn't really over you don't have a bad front profile your side pretty bad tho because of your hyoid so you should try to rise it this guide should be good enough

Also don't dye your hair bro that will look pretty bad also try to put on as much muscle as possible. And consider getting a canthoplasty for your nct and a surgery to rise your hyoid that is if the guide and other methods don't work good enough for you.
