Help with grounding myself against pretty women looking at me

Sometimes I see pretty girls looking at me in public and I get delusional and think about it all day. How can I remind myself that they're looking at me because they're scared of me and that I'm nothing but a subhuman monster. One trick I use is looking at myself in my phone camera. Any other tips?
