help with haircut

how do i get the best haircut that fits me. any time i go to a barber it sucks (it might not be the haircut but still i wanna try to find the best possible). i got rly thick straight hair so idk bro what are some tips to finding the best. i usually have my hair just down and i get a fade and use texture clay + seasalt spray but now im considering whether to get a fade or not.

Not always, your hair might be super straight and flat right now, because they are short. If you grow them out, they could gain some texture and look kinda wavy
