I'm 17 and wanna get a rhinoplasty asap since my nose is unideal and bulbous (i feel like it's ruining my harmony). Would it be alright to get a rhinoplasty first before other surgeries, since my maxilla is slightly recessed and downgrown? I'm lowkey underdeveloped cuz I didn't eat alot during puberty, Is there any hope of me getting anymore forward growth? What is the best ROI surgeries? I literally have no money atm just planning...

you should fix the bigger flaw first so i would consider bimax before rhino and bimax alone can make your nose look better

ya I'm not sure if my maxilla is recessed enough to be a huge flaw, regarding my nose I would say it's width is my main problem for me not rlly something like a dorsal hump. I assume I'm not going to develop much more since I'm 17 1/2 it's a shame I didn't take eating seriously. Ty!
