Help with hardmaxxing

I saved up a lot of money the last 3 years so I will probably be able to get a few surgeries. Would anyone be willing to help me choose them tho? I'd send the ratios and we discuss which sugeries I should be getting. Thanks

Better to post your CT scans and pictures. Ratios can be decieving. Your avi sommerhalder by ratios has narrow asf ipd but still looks normal
