the stack i plan off getting on amazon is
zinc Magnesium glycinate Omega-3 vitamin d3+ K2 caffine pills and melatonin ( i am buying these and i currently use iron and vitimen d3 pills )
and my india mart order is
tazarotene 0.1
Tretinoin 0.5 (clear up some acne)
Oral minoxidil (to grow lashes )
Azelaic Acid 20%
Hydrocortisone cream 1% (i heard it can shrink nose )
Pregabalin
i would appreciate any advice or thoughts on my order
or things i could add
