ive always been a fat piece of shit my entire life until this year i got anorexic then bulked up due to family pressure and got chubby again to 150 now I'm 128 after leanmaxxing and i didn't do tdee until a week ago so technically i haven't really been seeing much progress fast bc i have been eating more

is it ok to not see a lot of results in one week?>? my goal is 110 atm but i used to be 90 so i plan to go there

i barely have any stomach fat that area is tight for me but my problem is bloated face and no arm veins i have mogger chest muscles and arms that most men have to workout for years to get but the only problem is my arms and face

Whatever. If you referring to the pics that were posted, the person in this would need to focus on building muscle first. Weight should always stay the same unless its overweight or underweight until you reach advanced levels of fitness. Then you can decide whether or not to cut or bulk. Most people say bulk if you're not obese. I think that's a load of crap. 99.999999 percent of people don't have BBC Samoan Thor genes, so gaining weight is not gonna magically make muscle pop out of thin air on your body.

You need to get your BMI between 19 and 20 to maximize your genetic potential. Get there, then you need to either cut or bulk.

I lean maxed to 103 pounds over summer. But I looked exactly the same at 105. So there's a point of no return with lean maxing. Your body will just not lose any more body fat or muscle and will lose bone instead.

Yes. Lift weight and do a little cardio, and try to maintain the same body weight (don't cutt), your veins will show up.

I think you’d be surprised how much working out and putting on muscle can influence your face and leanness. Your face doesn’t look recessed at all so I think it’s be a good thing for you to put on some mass.

Ok. You should cut down to 120 then slowly bulk to 130 in a year. I am doing that right now. Im just going from 100 to 110 instead because I'm 2 inches shorter than you. Due to being natural, you will only be able to get as big as 130 while also staying lean. Unless you are black and have bigger bone density, you aren't getting much bigger than that.
 
Don't fuckin diet . You're already a turbomanlet who cannot defend yourself against women . Stop dieting Eat Protein and gain some muscle

- eat at a 500 to 1000 calorie deficit per day
- weigh yourself each day and document it to determine whether you are losing weight-
- Don’t be disheartened if the scale does not change on a day to day basis, you are will still be making progress if your caloric intake is right, water weight takes time to come out of your system when you are losing body fat

Yeah and thats not a healthy way to lose weight, do you also want to lose muscle in the process and feel like shit? The right way to do it is to lose 1-2lbs of fat a week whilst maintaining (and even in the case of beginner/novices) and gaining muscle. Being lean with no muscle mass does not look good
